DeWAR in partnership with Corvidae upgraded their accounting system to Xero online accounting software. To take full advantage of Xero online capabilities, Arantico implemented integration from Arantico job management software with Xero to automate the payments and invoicing process.

Solution
DeWAR have used Arantico for a number of years to schedule and effectively manage emergency repair and maintenance jobs. They recently switched to Xero accounting software and the final piece was to integrate Arantico with accounts package to process payments and make financial management process streamlined. Arantico developed an app to integrate the Xero using the Xero Application Programming Interface (API) to pass job details automatically as they were completed to Xero.

Result
The entire end-to-end job management process has been streamlined and all jobs are tracked from request made to payment with less paperwork and no delays.
