This will allow customer clients create job requests easily and quickly from their phones or tablets.

Login with same username and password used for logging issues through the website.

Both options can still be used but now your clients can log issues on the go without having to remember the details until they get back to their desk.

Once logged in, your clients will see a simple screen to see history of jobs already submitted.

A highly accessible button to allow them log a new job request.

Your service desk will be automatically notified back in the office of the new request.

Your clients can fill in a simple form describing the issue and can even select the equipment requiring repair.

A barcode/QR Code scanner is also available to automatically pick up the equipment details.

This will help in responding to the callout effectively and efficiently.
